Exercise sessions are led by an exercise specialist and monitored by a cardiac nurse. Your program is designed for your current level of fitness and you wear a heart monitor while exercising. Each session consists of strengthening, flexibility, and cardiovascular exercises.

Cardiac Rehabilitation Education Sessions

Educational sessions include heart disease risk factors, valve and rhythm issues, exercising safely, medications, finding balance in your life, stress and relaxation, nutrition and diabetes.
